Ring
of Quality Award Winners 2002
On September 19, ITT Industries' Ring of Quality
grew wider, as the company welcomed four individuals and 17 teams into
the fold. The Ring of Quality Award was established in 1971 to recognize
and honor those employees who have set outstanding examples of quality
by their performance and leadership.
At the awards ceremony, held at the Plaza Hotel in New York City, company
CEO Lou Giuliano inducted the newest class of quality champions.
"In what all agree is one of the most difficult operating environments
we have ever faced, our company continues to do well," Giuliano said.
"The efforts of our Ring of Quality Award winners played a critical role
in allowing us to succeed over the past year."
