ITT declares third-quarter dividend of 10 cents per share

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Aug. 8, 2013 – The board of directors of ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT) has declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share for the third quarter of 2013. This cash dividend will be payable Oct. 1, 2013, to shareholders of record on Aug. 30, 2013.
