ITT declares second-quarter dividend of 11 cents per share

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., May 20, 2014 – The board of directors of ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT) has declared a second-quarter cash dividend of 11 cents per share on the company’s outstanding stock. This cash dividend will be payable July 1, 2014, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 13, 2014.
