G. Peter D'Aloia

Former Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, American Standard Companies, Inc.

An ITT director since October 2011, Mr. D'Aloia brings more than 35 years of experience in diverse finance management and business development roles at leading global engineering and industrial companies, including American Standard Companies, Honeywell and AlliedSignal. He is a board member and managing director of Ascend Performance Materials, Inc. Mr. D'Aloia also currently serves on the boards of FMC Corporation and WABCO Holdings, Inc.
