ITT's i-ALERT®2 named Product of the Year, Silver Award Winner

Global pump monitoring and controls provider honored by Plant Engineering magazine

SENECA FALLS, N.Y., April 22, 2016 — ITT's (NYSE: ITT) i-ALERT®2 Equipment Health Monitor, a product of ITT's Goulds Pumps and PRO Services brands, has been named a winner of Plant Engineering's 2015 Silver Product of the Year Award in the Maintenance Tools & Equipment Category.

The i-ALERT2 monitor, released in May 2015, allows customers to identify potential problems before they become costly failures. It tracks vibration, temperature and run-time hours, and wirelessly syncs the data with a smartphone or tablet through the i-ALERT2 mobile app. The i-ALERT2 Equipment Health Monitor is the first to successfully integrate Bluetooth low-energy and sensor technologies into an industrial package and is rated for use in a wide range of industrial environments.

The 28th annual Plant Engineering Product of the Year competition is a celebration of industry products that help plants run smarter, safer and more efficiently. ITT's i-ALERT2 monitor was chosen for the award by industry professionals and Plant Engineering subscribers, and will be featured in the magazine's April issue.
