The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have issued draft guidance involving the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act–Buy American (ARRA-BA). Once this draft is final, the federal agencies will roll out the state level for implementation.
ITT is familiar with this current undertaking and is completely capable of handling all needs as they relate to ARRA-BA. Furthermore, ITT is continuing to monitor the situation daily and will provide updates the minute they become available.
