Coil Springs
Premium class hot coiled springs produced with peeled and polish round bars. Springs are available with rods from 14 mm up to 80 mm in diameter. Steel grades: 51CrV4, 52CrMoV4, 61SiCr7 and other types of steel according to customer needs.
Solid Elastomer Springs
Solid elastomer springs - elastic pads made from solid elastomer. Elastomer pads are produced from high performance thermoplastic polymer. It ensures excellent work parameters, wide range of work temperature (- 60°C ÷ +50°C), long life cycle and reliability at work. Axtone has a possibility of production of different type of elastomer pads depending on application.

ARINC 600 Rack & Panel Filter Connector TBKAD
Cannon’s ARINC 600 Filter Connector protects critical electronic systems from EMI, voltage transients and voltage surges at the connector interface. It is ideally suited for navigation, radar, avionics, flight controls and flight management applications.
NetSplice Kit
NetSpliceTM offers a suite of easy-to-install splices for repairing cables on commercial aircraft. Innovative and lightweight, NetSpliceTM uses standard wiring tools to splice together damaged cables used in data transfer and RF applications.

UltraLOC Airline Seat Recline Products
Enidine has created the UltraLOC™ seat recline system for a new standard in seat recline technology. Seat locks are available in variable or fixed positions to meet all airline seat lock requirements. These units provide superior tensile load capacity and compressive power to improve the integrity of the seat.
Load Compensating Rate Control (LCRC)
The Load Compensating Rate Control (LCRC) by Enidine meets these requirements. The LCRC technology utilizes a quick connect system for ease of installation and maintenance, while compensating for bins loaded up to 100 lb. carrying capacity.
Custom Elastomers and Noise Attenuation Devices
Enidine offers a complete line of side panel, dado panel, floor panel, stow bin and auxillary equipment isolation for the aviation industry. From elastomeric compound development, prototype development and testing, through product qualification, Enidine has the knowledge and equipment to provide the proper, cost effective part for your application.
SKID Isolators
Enidine developed large displacement isolators to protect next generation missile systems. A special elastomer was developed (Enitemp IV) to provide excellent shock isolation under a wide range of environmental conditions. Our skid isolators protect and ensure the performance of crucial system equipment.
SIDAS (Shock Isolator Double Acting Spring)
To protect sensitive electronic equipment from damage incurred by shock forces in near miss-hit situations, Enidine designed and developed the patented Shock Isolator Double Acting Spring (SIDAS). The SIDAS design combines a preloaded mechanical spring to provide static preload forces with a low-pressure hydraulic damper to provide dynamic damping forces.
HERM (High Energy Rope Mounts)
Enidine developed the HERM (High Energy Rope Mount) Isolator for NAVY cabinet isolation and rafted deck systems. They have successfully passed barge testing and reduced shock inputs to levels compatible with COTS equipment. The HERM mount is an effective solution for cabinets, platforms, rafts, cradles, canisters and shipping containers requiring a shock, vibration and structure borne noise isolator.

De-icing solutions
ITT Aerospace Controls provides custom de-icing solutions for aircraft freeze protection. Our engineering staff can provide de-icing systems or individual de-icing components. Our designs use resistance wires or etched foils for the heater elements. A selection of current products and applications are listed below.
Dual Motion Valve
The 3” Dual Motion Valve from Aerospace Controls is an electric motor actuated, normally closed segmented ball valve. The ball segment retracts linearly from the spring-energized seal prior to rotational transition to fully opened position. This design effectively eliminates sliding and friction wear of the seal contact during valve opening and closing operations, maximizes seal life, minimizes operating torque, and reduces leakage over the valve operating life. Our Dual Motion Shutoff Valve supports both fuel and nitrogen-enriched air flow systems.

Modulating Control Actuator (MCA)
Aerospace Controls’ Modulating Control Actuator (MCA) is the next step in electromechanical actuation from the leader in Aerospace Electromechanical Actuation. The MCA allows position control to any position from zero to ninety degrees. Using a non-back drivable gear system, the MCA efficiently moves loads up to 35 inch pounds of torque and completes full travel from zero to ninety degrees in under ten seconds.
