WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Feb. 23, 2012 - The board of directors of ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT) today declared a cash dividend of 9.1 cents per share for the first quarter of 2012. This cash dividend will be payable April 1, 2012, to shareholders of record on March 7, 2012.
