WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Aug. 16, 2012 – The board of directors of ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT) has declared a cash dividend of 9.1 cents per share for the third quarter of 2012. This cash dividend will be payable Oct. 1, 2012, to shareholders of record on Aug. 31, 2012.
