WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., May 8, 2013 – The board of directors of ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT) has declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share for the second quarter of 2013. This cash dividend will be payable July 1, 2013, to shareholders of record on May 24, 2013.
