The Turbomachinery & International Pump Users Symposia attract engineers in the petrochemical, process, chemical, utility, contractor and consulting fields, along with manufacturers of rotating equipment and fluid-handling equipment from around the world.
ITT, located at Booth #1247, will demonstrate a number of innovative products, including Goulds Pumps centrifugal pumps, Bornemann multiphase pump simulators, PumpSmart® flow control systems and the recently introduced i-ALERT®2 condition monitor with Bluetooth Smart technology. This device will be featured with other monitoring and control solutions that track and report early warning signals from rotating equipment. The i-ALERT2 monitor tracks vibration, temperature and run-time hours and wirelessly syncs the data with a smartphone or tablet through the i-ALERT2 mobile app.
In addition, ITT pump experts will lead two discussion groups at the Symposia:
- Simon Bradshaw, Executive Director Project Management, ITT Goulds Pumps, will lead "Monitoring Vibration and Other Critical Machine Conditions." For more information, click here.
- Paul Behnke, Director Product Design Engineering, ITT Goulds Pumps, and Howard Wright, Director, North America PRO Services Operations, ITT PRO Services, will lead "Vertical Pump Problems and Solutions." For more information, click here.
"ITT is a global leader in supplying the oil and gas and other industries with quality and reliable products and services engineered to withstand the harshest operational environments," said Aris Chicles, president of ITT's Industrial Process business. "At the shows and conference, our experts will share their knowledge and know-how with customers on possible solutions to improve pumping efficiency in their facilities."
Every day, ITT helps industrial customers make important discoveries, streamline refining processes and achieve efficient transportation in the most demanding environments around the world. For more information, visit http://www.ittoilgas.com.
The company also plans to exhibit at the GEA Geothermal Energy Expo 2015, Sept. 20-23 in Reno, Nevada, USA.
