ITT Enidine to Highlight Comprehensive Shock and Vibration Solutions at PACK EXPO International

Wednesday, 17 Oct 2018

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y., October 17, 2018 –  ITT Inc.'s, (NYSE: ITT) Enidine brand, will showcase a comprehensive portfolio of highly engineered, custom motion control solutions for the packaging industry at the 2018 PACK EXPO International in Chicago, Oct. 14–17. ITT Enidine will highlight several solutions led by the ECO Series Shock Absorber with a custom, environmentally friendly and robust design offering operators the flexibility to handle a wide range of application parameters. The company will showcase this and other motion control technologies at Booth N6333.

Designed for the most demanding packaging and automation applications, ITT Enidine's innovative, high-performing products help customers achieve better throughput, minimize safety issues and achieve longer equipment uptime. With a 50-year legacy of innovating to solve customers' engineering challenges, ITT Enidine has a reputation for products that are reliable and efficient.

"What makes ITT Enidine special? Highly engineered products, state-of-the art-manufacturing, on-time delivery, unsurpassed quality and customer service," said Greg Herman, Director of Sales, ITT Enidine. "Whether it's reducing damage to goods and equipment or increasing equipment output, our innovative shock absorption and vibration isolation solutions deliver high value and low life-cycle cost to customers in packaging applications around the globe."

During PACK EXPO, ITT Enidine will showcase their motion control solutions including:

  • Enidine ECO Series Shock Absorber: The industry's first shock absorber with an environmentally friendly ROHS compliant design that stands up to the harsh environments faced by today's most critical packaging applications. Both adjustable and non-adjustable models have the flexibility to accommodate a wide range of operating conditions and cover a variety of application input parameters.
  • HD/HDN Shock Absorbers: These heavy-duty shock absorbers protect equipment from large impacts and are available in a wide variety of stroke lengths and damping characteristics that meet stringent deceleration requirements for applications requiring a more robust energy absorption solution.
  • Wire Rope Isolators: Constructed of stainless-steel cable and aluminum retaining bars, our ITT Enidine wire rope isolators control damaging vibration and noise within machinery and equipment. Corrosion resistant, they are completely unaffected by oil, chemicals, abrasives, ozone or temperature extremes.
  • Compact Wire Rope Isolators: Compact wire rope isolators provide shock and vibration isolation — even in situations where package space and sway are an issue — with a compact design that's smaller than most standard wire rope isolators.
  • DA/ADA Rate Controls: These rate controls leverage proven technology to enhance performance in a variety of product applications by regulating the speed or time required for a mechanism to move from one position to another.
  • Air Springs: Highly durable, precisely engineered and cost-effective, our air springs provide superior quality and performance with time-tested designs and advanced materials.

ITT Enidine representatives will be available throughout PACK EXPO International at Booth N6333 in Chicago's McCormick Place. For more information regarding Enidine's packaging industry solutions, please visit www.enidine.com/packaging.
