  • New Corrosion Resistance Series (CRS) of stainless steel shock absorbers designed to absorb energy in harsh environment applications
  • ITT Enidine will showcase new product line on September 12‒17 at booth #237170

STAMFORD, CONN., September 7, 2022 – ITT Inc.'s (NYSE: ITT) Enidine brand, a leading global provider of differentiated products and services to the industrial, aerospace, defense, rail and transportation markets, will debut its new Corrosion Resistance Series (CRS) of stainless steel shocks as part of the 2022 International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS). The company will showcase this new model of the Enidine ECO and ECO OEM Series line of eco-friendly shock absorbers at booth #237170 in McCormick Place North Building, Level 3 in Chicago, from September 12 through 17.

"With this expansion, Enidine enhances its already comprehensive energy absorption product portfolio with a stainless steel and eco-friendly solution for harsh-environment industrial applications," said Greg Herman, director of industrial sales, Enidine. "The innovation addresses the needs of Enidine customers and is based on extensive research and customer feedback. We are excited for this new line of highly engineered, corrosion-resistant solutions that offer more durable options."

Stainless steel is a tough and rugged metal that combines durability and corrosion protection plus withstands higher operating pressures and temperatures than traditional materials. The Enidine CRS series takes advantage of these benefits in addition to an eco-friendly design with fluids that are safe for the environment and flexible enough to accommodate a wide range of conditions in energy absorption applications.

Enidine's new CRS stainless steel shock absorbers include:

  • Outer cylindrical body and hardened piston rod made of stainless steel
  • Similar dimensional footprint to the popular ECO and ECO OEM models
  • Stainless steel installation accessories such as jam nuts and stop collars

The addition to Enidine's current shock absorber product line benefits industries with demanding environmental conditions such as frequent, high-pressure washing procedures in medical, food processing, packaging, chemical, and marine industrial applications.

Enidine representatives will be available to answer questions throughout IMTS. For more information regarding Enidine's solutions, please visit www.enidine.com.
