Premium class hot coiled springs produced with peeled and polish round bars. Springs are available with rods from 14 mm up to 80 mm in diameter. Steel grades: 51CrV4, 52CrMoV4, 61SiCr7 and other types of steel according to customer needs.
Solid Elastomer Springs
Solid elastomer springs - elastic pads made from solid elastomer. Elastomer pads are produced from high performance thermoplastic polymer. It ensures excellent work parameters, wide range of work temperature (- 60°C ÷ +50°C), long life cycle and reliability at work. Axtone has a possibility of production of different type of elastomer pads depending on application.

Double Acting Springs, Hydraulic Dampers and Shock Isolation Solutions
To protect sensitive electronic equipment from damage incurred by shock forces in near miss-hit situations, ITT Enidine designed and developed the patented
Shock Isolator Double Acting Spring (SIDAS). The SIDAS design combines a preloaded mechanical spring to provide static preload forces with a low-pressure hydraulic damper to provide dynamic damping forces.
